Changing the face of cybersecurity
The UK cybersecurity sector urgently needs skilled professionals, yet large pools of talent are overlooked. Women hold only 17% of cybersecurity roles and just 12% of senior positions, while people from ethnic minority backgrounds account for only 9% of senior professionals. Seidea exists to change this.
We connect overlooked talent with employers seeking skilled, diverse and future-ready professionals. Our programmes are not charity — they are structured professional talent pipelines that prepare women from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds for the realities of the workplace, while helping employers reach capable candidates traditional recruitment often misses.
